annual membership
The HER Sports Club Membership is your all-access pass to every program, resource, and coaching experience we offer. As a founding member, you’ll unlock a full year of training support, weekly coaching calls, access to our strength, mobility, and yoga video library, sponsor perks, seasonal gifts, early access to HER x Nike events, and the official HER Sports uniform. 5k run program
Our 5K program is designed to help you start strong, build consistency, and gain the confidence to call yourself a runner. Whether you’re completely new or returning after time away, this training block focuses on form, pacing, foundational strength, and developing a healthy running routine that feels empowering instead of overwhelming. It’s the perfect place to begin your running journey.
half marathon program
The Half Marathon Program blends endurance, strength, and strategy to help you prepare for 13.1 miles with confidence and clarity. You’ll build long-run stamina, improve your strength and mobility, learn proper fueling and pacing, and develop the mindset needed for race day. This is a transformational program for runners ready to go beyond 10K and step into a new level of strength and resilience.
la marathon program
The LA Marathon Program is built for runners preparing to take on 26.2 — whether it’s your first marathon or your strongest yet. This training block guides you through intentional mileage progression, marathon-specific strength work, fueling strategy, recovery routines, and mental resilience training. You’ll never navigate a long run or tough week alone — you’ll have expert guidance, structure, and support every step of the way.
