Designed by Coach Bec using science-backed methods and female physiology, your training includes a structured weekly run plan, speed and tempo sessions, strength and mobility work with yoga, simple pacing levels to follow, and clear guidance on fueling, recovery, and form. Everything is laid out so you can train with confidence and ease.
You’ll follow a progressive weekly schedule that gradually builds your endurance and confidence. Each run has a purpose. Each workout supports the next. You’ll learn how to move at different effort levels, recover properly, and show up consistently without burning out.
