Our 5K Program is designed for women who are beginning their running journey, returning after time off, or wanting a structured plan that actually builds confidence mile after mile.
By the end of this program, you won’t just complete a 5K — you’ll feel proud, capable, and ready for whatever comes next.

This program takes you from recreational runner to true endurance athlete, using a progressive training structure that increases your mileage safely and intentionally.
Whether it’s your first half marathon or your fifth, this program will elevate your endurance, sharpen your mindset, and help you reach the start line feeling prepared — and the finish line feeling strong.

The LA Marathon Program is built for runners preparing to take on 26.2 — whether it’s your first marathon or your strongest yet. This training block guides you through intentional mileage progression, marathon-specific strength work, fueling strategy, recovery routines, and mental resilience training. You’ll never navigate a long run or tough week alone — you’ll have expert guidance, structure, and support every step of the way.
