Our 5K Program is designed for women who are beginning their running journey, returning after time off, or wanting a structured plan that actually builds confidence mile after mile.
By the end of this program, you won’t just complete a 5K — you’ll feel proud, capable, and ready for whatever comes next.

This training block guides you through intentional mileage progression, marathon-specific strength work, fueling strategy, recovery routines, and mental resilience training.
